Prices
All prices on our website include VAT.
The applicable price for the purchase is the price displayed at the time of ordering.
A price guarantee is provided for up to 14 days from the date of purchase.
Discount does not apply to already discounted products.
Orders
Once you have placed your order, you will receive an order confirmation by email.
In case you have not received a confirmation within approximately 1 hour, you should contact us.
You will also receive another email when your order is shipped.
Payment
We accept payment cards Visa, Dankort, MasterCard and Mobilepay.
If you pay by electronic payment card, the amount will only be deducted when the order has been shipped or ready for pickup.
We do not charge card fees.
Payment is made via a secure and encrypted SSL connection, which means that your card information cannot be read by outsiders.
When you shop with a payment card, we reserve the right to check whether the personal information provided is true.
We can reduce the amount paid at any time – for example, if a product is not wanted anyway. However, for security reasons, we cannot increase the approved amount.
Reservation of amount
If you pay with an international payment card, the amount will be reserved immediately.
The money is reserved on your card or account until:
1) we withdraw the amount when we ship the item, or
2) until the money is released according to agreement with your card issuer.
You can read more about the rules for your specific card from your card issuer.
When paying with Anyday, we will charge the first payment when the item is shipped. You will then pay a monthly payment on the last business day of the next three months. This payment depends on your order total and payment plan. If you pay all installments on time, there are zero interest and fees. Delivery time
Goods under 20 kilos are shipped within 24 hours with GLS private Price 75,- DKK per package. Goods over 20 kilos will always be shipped with Danish carriers within 5 business days from order Price incl. Euro pallet 1500,- DKK.
We ship items Monday through Friday. If the item is in stock, it will be shipped as soon as possible. Typically within 24 hours or the next business day. We try to maintain same-day delivery on smaller items up to 20 kg, but larger items may require up to 5 days for delivery. Handmade products may take up to 4 weeks to deliver depending on how busy they are.
All items over 25 kilos such as large jars or our benches are delivered to the curb by Danish haulers.
Returns/right of withdrawal
When you shop at wolffstore.dk you have a 14-day right of withdrawal, during which you can notify us that you regret the purchase and then return the item to us.
The 14-day right of withdrawal runs from the day you received the goods. If the deadline expires on a public holiday, Saturday, Constitution Day, Christmas Eve or New Year's Eve, the deadline is extended to the next working day.
The cancellation period expires 14 days after the day you receive your item. If you have ordered several different items in one order, but they are delivered individually, the period runs from the day you receive the last item.
If it concerns an agreement for regular delivery of goods over a certain period, the withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you receive the first item.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us of this by a clear statement via email no later than 14 business days after receipt of the goods.
The deadline means that you have 14 days from receipt to notify us that you wish to cancel your purchase. You can send an email to mail@wolffstore.dk or use the standard cancellation form, which you will find at the bottom of the terms and conditions.
You cannot cancel the purchase by refusing to receive the item without notifying us at the same time.
Cancellation of part of the purchase
If you have purchased multiple items from us, you have the option to return one or more items, even if they were purchased in one order.
Please note that you will not receive a refund for shipping costs if you regret part of your purchase.
After receipt, the goods may only be handled in a way that allows you to determine the nature, properties and function of the goods.
Return
Once you have notified us that you want to cancel your purchase, you have 14 days to send the item back to us.
When it is a pure return item, the cost of the return will be borne by you - When it is a pure exchange item, we will pay the shipping of the exchanged item.
You bear the risk of the goods from the time of delivery and upon return you are responsible for ensuring that the goods are packaged properly.
Certain items cannot be returned by regular mail. This applies to: all items over 25 kilos.
The cost of returning these items is expected to be a maximum of: 1500.
The condition of the item when you return it
If the product has lost value and this is because you have used it in a way other than what was necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the product, you can only get a part of the purchase price back. The amount you can get back depends on the commercial value of the product and in some cases this may mean that you can only get the shipping costs back.
We recommend that you return the item in the original packaging. If the original packaging is missing, it may result in a decrease in the value of the item.
Refund of the purchase amount
If you regret your purchase, you will get your money back. If the item has diminished in value, we will deduct the amount you are liable for.
We will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (this does not apply to additional delivery costs in cases where you have chosen a delivery method other than the cheapest form of standard delivery that we offer), no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive your notification that you wish to cancel the agreement.
We will refund the money using the same payment method you used for the purchase, unless we have agreed otherwise.
We may withhold payment until we have received the item, unless you send us documentation that you have returned it.

Complaint
There is of course a 24-month right of complaint as described in the Danish Sales Act. This means that you can either have the item repaired, exchanged, your money back or a price reduction, depending on the specific situation.
Damage to the product as a result of incorrect handling by the customer is not covered by the warranty. This also applies to non-compliance with wood and metal surfaces.
Complaints regarding defects and deficiencies must be notified to Wolff.store within a reasonable time after you have discovered the defect. If you make a complaint within two months of the defect being discovered, the complaint will always be timely.
If the complaint is justified, we will of course refund your reasonable shipping costs. The item must always be returned in proper packaging. Also remember to get a receipt for shipping so that we can refund your shipping costs.

Access to complaints
If you as a consumer want to complain about your purchase, please contact rasmus@wolffstore.dk. If we are unable to find a solution, you can send a complaint to Nævnenes Hus, Toldboden 2, 8800 Viborg via the Complaints Portal for Nævnenes Hus .
To be able to complain, the product or service you want to complain about must have cost at least DKK 1,110 and a maximum of DKK 100,000.
When you shop at an e-labeled webshop, you can have your case processed by the e-label for free - regardless of the amount. Read more here .

Privacy Policy
We need the following information when you shop with us:
Name, address, phone number and email address.
We record and disclose the personal information that is necessary to be able to deliver the goods to you.
The personal data is registered with Wolff Group ApS and stored for five years, after which the information is deleted.
We also collaborate with a number of other companies that store and process data. The companies only process information on our behalf and are not allowed to use it for their own purposes.
We only cooperate with data processors in the EU or in countries that can provide adequate protection for your information.

You have the right to be informed about what information we process about you.
If you believe that the information is inaccurate, you have the right to have it corrected. In some cases, we are obliged to delete your personal data if you request it. This may be, for example, if your data is no longer necessary in relation to the purpose for which we were to use it. You can also contact us if you believe that your personal data is being processed in violation of the law. You can write to us at: (insert email address).
