The applicable price for the purchase is the price shown at the time of ordering.
A price guarantee is provided for up to 14 days from the date of purchase.
Discount does not apply to already reduced products.

Once you have placed your order, you will receive an order confirmation by email.
In the event that you have not received a confirmation within approx. 1 hour, you should contact us.
You will also receive another email when your order is dispatched.

We accept payment cards Visa, Dankort, MasterCard and Mobilepay.
If paying with an electronic payment card, the amount will only be deducted when the order has been dispatched or is ready for collection.

We do not charge card fees.

Payment is made via a secure and encrypted SSL connection, which means that your card information cannot be read by outsiders.
When you shop with a payment card, we reserve the right to check whether the personal information provided is true.

We can write down the amount paid at any time – if, for example a product is not wanted anyway. However, for security reasons, we cannot increase the approved amount.

Reservation of amount

If you pay with an international payment card, the amount is reserved immediately.

The money is reserved on your card or account until:

1) we raise the amount when we send the item, or

2) until the money is released according to agreement with your card issuer.

You can read more about the rules for your specific card from your card issuer.

When paying with Anyday, we withdraw the first payment when the item is dispatched. You then pay a monthly benefit on the last working day of the next three months. This benefit depends on your order total and payment plan. If you pay all installments on time, there is zero interest and fees. If you return your purchase, your agreement with Anyday will automatically end. Read more about terms for use of Anyday here:

Goods under 20 kilos are dispatched within 24 hours with GLS private Price DKK 75 per package. Goods over 20 kilos will always be sent with Danish couriers within 5 working days of ordering Price incl. europallet DKK 1500

We ship items Monday to Friday. If the item is in stock, it will be sent out as soon as possible. Typically within 24 hours or the next working day. We try to maintain day-to-day delivery of the smaller items up to 20 kg, but the larger ones may require up to 5 days delivery. Handmade products can have a delivery time of up to 4 weeks depending on how busy they are.
All goods over 25 kilos as large jars, or our benches are delivered to the curb by Danish hauliers.

Return/right of cancellation
When you shop at, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal, during which you can notify us that you regret the purchase and then return the item to us.

The 14-day right of withdrawal runs from the day you received the item. If the deadline expires on a public holiday, Saturday, Constitution Day, Christmas Eve or New Year's Eve, the deadline is extended to the next weekday.

The cancellation period expires 14 days after the day you received your item. If you have ordered several different items in one order, but they are delivered individually, the deadline runs from the day you receive the last item.

If it concerns an agreement for regular delivery of goods over a certain period, the cancellation period expires 14 days after the day you receive the first item.

In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of this by means of a clear statement by email no later than 14 working days after receiving the goods.

The deadline means that you have 14 days from receipt to notify us that you want to cancel your purchase. You can send an email to or use the standard cancellation form, which you will find at the bottom of the trading conditions.

You cannot cancel the purchase by refusing to receive the item without notifying us at the same time.

Cancellation of part of the purchase

If you have purchased several items from us, you have the option of returning one or more items, even if they were purchased in one order.

Please note that you will not get the shipping costs back if you regret part of your purchase.

After receipt, the goods must only be handled in a way that allows you to determine the nature, properties and the way in which they function.


Once you have notified us that you want to cancel your purchase, you have 14 days to send the item back to us.

When it is a pure return item, the cost of the return will accrue to you - When it is a pure exchange item, we pay the shipping of the exchanged item.

You bear the risk for the goods from the delivery of the goods and upon return you are responsible for ensuring that the goods are properly packed.

Certain items cannot be returned by normal post. This applies to: all goods over 25 kilos.

The costs of returning these goods are expected to cost a maximum of: 1500.

The condition of the item when you send it back

If the item has lost value and this is because you have used it in a way other than what was necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and way of functioning of the item, you can only get a part of the purchase amount back. The amount you can get back depends on the commercial value of the item and in some cases it may mean that you can only get back the shipping costs.

We recommend that you send the item back in the original packaging. If the original packaging is missing, this may lead to a decrease in the value of the item.

Refund of the purchase amount

If you regret your purchase, you will get your money back. If the item is impaired, we deduct the amount you are liable for.

We will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (however, this does not apply to extra delivery costs in cases where you have chosen a different form of delivery than the cheapest form of standard delivery that we offer), no later than 14 days from the day on which we has received your message that you want to cancel the agreement.

We return the money with the same means of payment that you used for the purchase, unless we have agreed otherwise.

We can withhold payment until we have received the item, unless you send us documentation that you have returned it.

Naturally, a 24-month right of complaint is granted as described in the Purchase Act. This means that you can either get the item repaired, exchanged, the money back or the price reduced, depending on the specific situation.

Damage to the product as a result of incorrect handling on the part of the customer is not covered by the right of complaint. This also applies to non-compliance with wood and metal surfaces.

Complaints regarding errors and defects must be notified to within a reasonable time after you have discovered the error. If you complain within two months of discovering the fault, the complaint will always be timely.

If the complaint is justified, we will of course refund your reasonable shipping costs. The item must always be sent back in proper packaging. Also remember to get a receipt for shipping so we can reimburse you for shipping costs.

Access to complaints
If you as a consumer want to complain about your purchase, you must contact If we are unable to find a solution, you can send a complaint to Nævnenes Hus, Toldboden 2, 8800 Viborg via the Complaint portal for Nævnenes Hus .

To be able to complain, the product or service you want to complain about must have cost at least DKK 1,110 and a maximum of DKK 100,000.

Personal data policy

We need the following information when you shop with us:

Name, address, phone no. and email address.

We register and pass on the personal data that is necessary to be able to deliver the goods to you.

The personal information is registered with Wolff Group ApS and stored for five years, after which the information is deleted.

We also collaborate with a number of other companies that store and process data. The companies only process information on our behalf and may not use it for their own purposes.

We only work with data processors in the EU or in countries that can provide your information with sufficient protection.

You have the right to be informed about which information we process about you.
If you believe that the information is inaccurate, you have the right to have it corrected. In some cases, we are obliged to delete your personal data if you ask for it. It can, for example, be if your data is no longer necessary in relation to the purpose for which we were to use it.
